AIBO (Artificial Intelligence Robot) is a series of robotic pets designed and manufactured by Sony. Sony announced a prototype robot in mid-1998.The first consumer model was introduced on May 11, 1999. New models were released every year until 2005. Although most models were dog-like, other inspirations included lion-cubs and space explorer, and only the final ERS-7 version was explicitly a “robotic dog“.AIBOs were marketed for domestic use as “Entertainment Robots”. They were also widely adopted by universities for educational purposes (e.g. Robocup) and research into robotics and human-robot interaction.

AIBOs have been used in many movies, music videos and advertising campaigns as futuristic icons.There was nearly 14 edition of Aibo from 1999 to 2005 divided into three generation or series.On January 26, 2006, Sony announced that it would discontinue AIBO and several other products in an effort to make the company profitable.

Fourth Generation-Unveiled on January 9,2018

The fourth generation of Aibo is one the adorable pet from Sony launched in CES 2018 and impressed eyes of all techy and robot industry.The new Aibo is quite simply adorable. It has touch sensors on its head, chin, and back so you can pet it. It responds to touch and voice, and 22 actuators enable more realistic movement than previous models. Its eyes are OLED panels. It has a camera on its nose to help it recognize family members and search for its bone which is called Aibone while a camera on its back helps it navigate to its charging station.

Those body movements have been made smoother and more natural too, with a quad-core processor at its heart and a total of 22 actuators in charge of more than a hundred new moves, compared to his predecessor.That means that the way he moves is much more fluid – from a playful bum wiggle and tail wag to a full-on excitable run towards you, this is pretty advanced consumer-grade robotics.

The battery life-Aibo gets two hours of playtime and takes three hours to charge.

Sony says that Aibo is like a real dog and won’t always do the things you ask of him – we assume that is something that would improve with time and training.That was certainly clear in my time with Aibo.To be true With its big baby blues, happy smile and cheeky tendencies, Aibo is a seriously charming robot pooch woned me ate the first impression.

Aibo is shipping in Japan. Unfortunately, it sells for 198,000 yen, or about $1,800, along with a subscription that costs 2,980 yen ($27) a month subscription or 90,000 yen ($800) for three years.We are not about the subscription.But we are trying to figure it out.

But Sentio brought a new twist, they wants to sell you just the laptop shell while letting you use your current Android phone and an app to power it. The Superbook is an 11.6-inch laptop shell built by the team behind Andromium OS, the app that allows your Android smartphone to run a desktop-like operating system

How Superbook works: Download the Andromium app on a device running Android 5.0 or later with a minimum of 1.5 GB of RAM, connect the device using either a micro-USB or USB-C cord, and the laptop shell will power on. The company says the Superbook supports multitasking and comes with a multi-touch trackpad and a full keyboard (and looks very similar to a MacBook Pro). It can also charge your smartphone while in use and is rated for eight hours of battery life, according to the company.

Samsung Note 8

Samsung Note series is one the best when it comes to design and display and for its S Pen. There are still peoples out there those who love stylus like S Pen(but this can do a lot more than just stylus). Note 7 was the worst flop smartphone last year as that was busting like crackers around the world source

Processing:  Note has used Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon processor and their own processor for European markets that is Snapdragon 835 with CPU Octa-core (4×2.35 GHz Kryo & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo) / Exynos 8895 Octa with 6GB of RAM. So the processing is pretty much speed. The phone comes with Adreno 540/Mali-G71 MP20 for best graphics.

Memory: Note 8 phone comes with Hybrid memory card slot which can be expandable up to 256 GB(can use second sim card slot as memory card slot) and comes with three internal memory variant 64/128/256 GB.

Zanco Tiny T1 – World’s Smallest Mobile

Zanco Tiny t1 is the world’s smallest mobile phone.Many call it as the backup phone which would be helpful for people who are joggers, walkers, cyclists and engaging in other kinds of sporting activities. So its compact to go in the any-size pocket.

• Tiny T1 can store up to 300 phone numbers and 50 SMS
• The tiny device operates on 2G network, it does not have Internet access and it works on Quad-band (850/1900 and 900/1800 band frequencies)
• It has a backlit T9 keypad for text input and navigation
• It has 32 GB of onboard storage alongside micro USB and Bluetooth as connectivity options
• Totally it has 32MB RAM + 32MB ROM
• Battery(200mAh) has 3days standby and 180 minutes talk-time
• Nano-sim can be changed at any time
• It measures 46.7 mm x 21 mm x 12 mm and weighs 13 g

Pricing:

As the Tiny t1 is a Kickstarter campaign it will only get its funding if it reaches its goal of $33,480 by 19 January 2018. In any case, the device happens to be priced around  $40 (approx Rs 2,500) and the device will be shipped globally by May 2018.

Rival of Zanco Tiny T1:

We can grab a similar tiny functional phone in India as well. A Delhi-based e-commerce platform Yerha.com last month launched a Nano phone C, which was touted as the world’s smallest GSM phone.

Nano phone C is Priced at Rs 2,999. It measures 94.4 x 35.85 x 7.6mm and weighs 30 grams and sports a feature phone-like design with a 1-inch TFT display of 128×96 pixels resolution. It runs on MediaTek MT6261D processor and has 32MB storage and supports additional storage up to 32GB via a microSD card. Nano phone C is powered by a 280 mAh Li-Polymer battery.

In terms of price Mi A1 price cut down to 14K from this month. So, both Honor 7X and Mi A1 will have tough competition in the market. My choice for software performance goes for Mi A1 as that has direct Google support as A1 is Android One Smartphone. For selfie lover and battery power goes for Honor 7X and those who use dual sim and memory card then go to Honor 7X.
